Client situation

After separating from 3M, Solventum had to establish independent SAP systems without interrupting global healthcare supply. The programme spanned 17+ markets, manufacturing sites, warehouses, 3PL providers, and numerous integrations, while module-led testing left end-to-end logistics and trade-compliance risks insufficiently visible.

Assignment

Lead global testing for Logistics and Trade Compliance, coordinating 40+ QA specialists across regions and implementation partners. Establish end-to-end testing, assess defects by operational impact, analyse SAP ECC and Microsoft Dynamics data for gaps, and provide readiness dashboards for go-live decisions.

Client situation

The bank was implementing Omada as a central platform for managing access permissions across the organisation. Regulatory expectations, security controls, and business processes had to be translated into a controlled, phased implementation.

Assignment

Define and align business and security requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, optimise IAM processes, structure the rollout plan, and coordinate test management and quality assurance across the implementation.

Client situation

Deutsche Bahn was moving from a legacy sales platform to Vendo, a strategic ticketing platform used by millions of passengers. The migration had to cover B2C and B2B requirements, legacy-system dependencies, and the stability of a business-critical customer journey.

Assignment

Structure B2C and B2B requirements, coordinate business and technology stakeholders, manage legacy integration dependencies, and support testing and quality assurance. A connected workstream introduced xRay, established a requirements and test catalogue, and supported adoption through training.
